The virtual museum of Valentino
The couturier Valentino retired with dignity there some years, marking the history of Italian fashion on the one hand, but also the fashion world.
It is now on the front of the stage with a more innovative idea. It creates a virtual museum called "Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum." A huge library of 5000 images displaying photographs, sketches, advertising campaigns and 95 videos of fashion shows from the 70s. This virtual space rich in technology allow us to discover 300 of the most beautiful designer dresses, including the famous dress that Jackie Kennedy wore during her marriage to Onassis in 1968. Each of these exceptional pieces will be visible 360 degrees. A feast of precision.
Fifty-year career focused on the canvas to better observe and appreciate the work of this master of sewing. If this virtual space is implanted in town it is close to the 10 000 m², is to say the richness of the offer.
A nice idea and a piece of technology that we enjoy discovering December 5, 2011. Follow the guide here !
